I have never heard of RSS until I started to write this blog, but put simply, it is a great way to read all of your favourite news sites and blogs in one place. You do not have to remember to visit the site every day, just login to your RSS reader and the news and content is waiting for you.

My favourite RSS reader is Google Reader and all you need is a Google account and signup. You do not have to download anything. If you are going on holiday and want to read travel news or information on a specific destination, you can do this within one place.
