Also I went with a caxtonFx card over the Fairfx one when i was chosing because you don't have to pay ATM fees. which means you don't have to withdraw big amounts. Much better!! Ok may have been cheaper to stay off the island, but to experience Venice you need to understand there are no buses or cars!
