As I posted at the time we protected all XL's group passengers who booked with us including those who fell outside of ATOL. Unfortunately this is now 2009 and we can no longer protect passengers outside of ATOL's as the government has made this illegal. We can now refer customers to an insurance provider but as of today we have yet to find one that is willing. As a travel agent we always try our best for our customers however more regulation is making this harder and leading to problems. Darren
