We have a worldchoice agent near me called Hanson Travel, maybe they should go on that course! ;) As for dress, I don't think I would think any different of a travel agent if they wore casual clothes instead of business dress. @ Agriya Err dirty? Seriously!! I don't know if it's to save electricty, or maybe the loop drives the staff mad, but that I find hilarious!
