When searching for destination information I sometimes want to read content written by travel bloggers and comments from travellers who have experienced the destination. So, today, I started to add tags to quality blog posts on the travel guide map for Venice, Puerto Rica and Prague.

Every month I will be featuring a new destination, and new content will be added continuously over the coming months. You can download the KML file and view the map on Google Earth or add photographs and Wikipedia content into the map.
Whilst they are tons of sites offering Google map mashups, I’d like to think that this is a little unique because it’s promoting content written by bloggers across the world. If you have written a quality blog post on a destination, or tourist attraction then please get in touch.
Have a play around and let me know what you think.

I like the idea behind it, the map seems easy to navigate, but what is lacking are links to guides, I could write you a guide on Sri Lanka when I return.
I like the destination feature and the video. I have bookmarked it because its probably a tool I would use providing more guides were available to search from.

@ Rohan
Thanks for the comments.
Yes, I think it will look a lot better when I add more content. I have a few more blog posts to add on there over the next couple of days.
