G’day folks, just an update blog post before I head to bed. Since it’s that time of the year I’ve carried out some spring updates on the blog and wanted to let you know about some features that you may not be aware of that I have introduced recently.

I have created a new feature called travel video of the week, and every week I will be choosing my favourite travel video submitted to me, by the readers – to archive the videos I have created a Google map so you can browse around the world and click on previously featured videos.
You can now subscribe for updates by entering your email address in the subscription form on the sidebar, and every time a new blog post is published you’ll get an email delivered to your inbox. You can of course unsubscribe at anytime, just follow the instructions in the email.
I’m making some changes to the sidebar, so bear with me whilst I get that sorted. Under each post is a share icon – please feel free to submit any of the posts to your favourite social networking site. It’ll be much appreciated.
Finally..
Working full-time and managing/ writing on a popular blog is demanding and I would have liked to have launched the travel rants podcast and newsletter earlier in the year, but you’ll be glad to know that I’ve spent most of Easter working on these two new features and they will be up and running very soon.
As always I welcome your comments , be them praises or constructive criticism.

Claude, With very little sleep!
I can’t wait to get the newsletter (not very original I know) but another way to promote interesting travel stories and news.
Then there will be the podcast which will be good fun recording. I already have someone lined up for an internet but can’t say too much about who it is until I get the podcast recorded!
