Hi,

I would suggest buying a small video camera that records straight on to a disk. I use a sanyo which is waterproof and takes okay pictures. quality sufficient for u tube, vimeo etc. and certainly plenty good enough for most home purposes.

I believe capturing precious moments using a camera phone or any gadget during a vacation is worthwhile.

Photos and Videos of one’s travel are reminder and souvenirs of a great vacation. I agree with TalknTravel that
gadgets may alter vacation plans but they are indispensable especially during emergencies.

Talkntravel, true I suppose.

Times are changing though. More of us are using mobile technology to check in to our flights, searching for restaurant reviews etc.

I agree with you though we go on holiday to get relaxed and unwind.

I personally believe, that travels should be without (any kind of) technology including cellphones and random email checks.

Thats how I forgot all about world and get relaxed. isn’t it the aim of a travel?
