I wonder if he bothered to ask for some softer pillows. Probably not because all you read on there are American's moaning and groaning about trivial things. One which sticks in my mind was a traveller complaining about a hotel in the Maldives because the All Inclusive board basis didn't include chips for his children, so he gave the hotel a rating of 1.
