It’s time for a travel blog carnival!

It is time for travel bloggers to unite and I am looking for a group of initially 52 bloggers from across the World to join in a unique project to help share the wealth of travel information and knowledge out there on the internet, especially from lesser known blogs.

How it works

Anyone can submit their week’s favourite travel blog post to a group email address and a different travel blogger from the group each week will choose their favourites, and will write a post and promote other travel blogs in the process.

If you are interested in joining in the travel blog carnival group then contact me via Travel Rants and I will send you more information. If you have any specific questions please post them in the comments section and I will respond to them promptly.

I will publish more information on where to submit your blog posts to as soon as I have a group of 52 bloggers, so share this with any other travel bloggers you communicate with.

I have 10 bloggers interested in the group so far - over the weekend I will be promoting the carnival a little so hopefully we’ll get 52 bloggers interested soon.

Seems 52 is going to take time to reach, so we’ll start off with 40 bloggers and see where it goes from there.

I’ll be emailing everyone over the weekend with details, but I’d appreciate it if you could pass on the word about the Travel Blog Carnival, and get them to leave their details on this thread.
