I’m launching the travel rants consumer group soon – which will give holiday consumers the opportunity to discuss holiday issues so together we’ll address these issues with travel companies, associations, and other consumer organisations.

Travel Rants Consumer Group

Over 85% of emails I receive are from travel consumers who have had a bad holiday experience or have had booking issues with travel companies and airlines.

I am looking for travel consumers, and representatives from the travel media, travel companies and associations to join this unique group, so if you are interested please contact me.

Great idea. Have you had any interest Darren?

We want to work closer with travel companies and holidaymakers, so we could help with setting up a venue if you were to get a consumer group together.

Susan, I’ve had a few companies and consumers contact me yes. I’m a little snowed under with work lately, but I am still going ahead with this, and plan to set it off on a social networking site like Facebook to see how it goes.

I’m just in the process of emailing everyone now, and getting peoples opinions of setting up a group on http://www.facebook.com
