I mentioned a blog a while back called 80 days or Bust, which detailed the around the world travels of Mark Schatzker. Well his journey has finished and yesterday he arrived back in New York. If you didn’t get time to read his blog, then you can view a slideshow of his travels.

80 Days or Bust - Mark Returns to New York

I’m jealous – I’ve love to resign from my job, take a laptop and essentials and write Travel Rants on the move around the World, maybe this weekend I will win the national lottery, and this ambition will come true. [I can wish!]

So would I. I would also like to be writing a article about those travels for Conde Nast Traveler which is what Mark is now doing…

Yep, I suppose there’s very few of us who will be in Mark’s fortunate position.

Now if he had done it without the money of Conde Nast Traveller I would of been impressed!

The hubby would love to do this - I’ve told him to wait until the kids are grown up and we’ll do it when we retire.
