I have never had problems with Virgin and I find KLM very good also, there has been occassions with them where I have experienced delays but I have always been scheduled on another flight straight away and got to where I was intended to be no problems. (and that is not biased because I used to work for them) Ifind British Airways very boring and dull when you compare to the fun enviroment of a Virgin cabin so I tend to steer away from B.A if I can help it but my worst experience has been with Iberia, being flight crew myself I notice things that should and shouldn't be done, they were not very proffessional, no announcements from the flight deck on 3 out of the 4 sectors I flew amongst other little things that I would regard as minor safety issues. I Think i will use my repping days as an entry to the BLOG-A Thon, they certainly were 4 great years, and as well as the down-sides of being a rep, there were many Highlights.
