You might have seen the list of Countries that I want to visit before I’m 40 [that’s six years away before you ask!] – there’s probably no chance I will get to visit all of them, but I do intend to visit the US and Canada in 2008.

Tell me your Dream Holiday Destination

Here are my top 5 destinations I just have to visit

1. New Zealand
2. Canada
3. United States
4. Hong Kong
5. South Africa

Do you have a list of destinations you dream about visiting? Or are you one of them lucky types and have visited your dream destination? I dreamt about visiting Australia, and I was lucky enough to visit Sydney, Brisbane, Cairns, Port Douglas and Hobart in 2004.

I need to get out of this short break addiction, and get some long haul trips under my belt.

Rohan, Vietnam is not exactly Blackpool ;)

Have you seen the video featured this week? If you haven’t it will be of interest to you.

The Czech Republic is great – I’ve only been to Prague but I fell in love with that city, would certainly go again when I’ve finished travelling to the places I want to visit.

Narrowing it down to a top 5 list is tough. I want to visit everywhere.

I finally made it to South America last year and want to get back there.

I agree with Global Traveller, you have to try and get everywhere. Though I am couple years older than you Darren I have so far been to 49 countries. What I do is fix my next 4 destinations

1 Real East Coast America (So I am off to NC SC) in a few months
2 Latvia or Lithuania
3 China
4 Somewhere Africa I have not been

Of course you have to try and get everywhere, but work commitments stop a lot of us from travelling as much as we would like. I work full time, run a travel business, and write this blog.. so that keeps me from travelling as much as I would like.

I’m heading to Latvia in April, well Riga to be precise and then a destination in October that I haven’t decided on yet.
