I’m going to be doing a little bit of travelling in the couple of weeks, with a trip to Malvern on the 28th January, to the Select World Travel Holiday Show, then to London on the 13th February to the Travel Technology Show – finally on the 19th February I’m travelling to Oslo in Norway, for four days, taking in the local attractions and writing about my adventure!

Booking the train tickets for Malvern and London was a pleasant experience [sense the sarcasm?] and did you know it’s cheaper to buy two single tickets than it is to buy a return ticket. I remember a few years back where it was cheaper to buy a return, obviously that has changed.
To Malvern it cost me £14 each way [would have been £8 each way if I’d been more organised] where a return ticket was £59 return. I’ve got rid of my heavy suitcase with wheels, and replaced it with a Eurohike Backpack, as I am loathed to pay Ryanair an extra baggage allowance after the Air Passenger Duty fiasco.
What a life this travel blogger leads!

Have fun Darren!
Will you be writing from the two travel shows and Oslo?

Thanks Debbie.
I’m not sure yet. I’m only stopping over night at both shows, so I might not have time blog about it until I get home. We’ll see.
