Has anyone tried emailing thomsonfly.I sent 2 emails to them regarding a forthcoming holiday more than three weeks ago.I’ve had the holiday but I’m still waiting for a reply to either of my emails,both of which were important.I tried ringing them but they have one of those high-profit “one of our operators will be with you as soon as we can” phone systems and I waited half an hour to get to speak to a person by which time any normal person is just about having a coronary.
