Wow, I love the World Travel Market. The buzz, of travel professionals networking, travellers reaching for the free gifts, and little me, trying to fight the crowds. I managed to get a few hours, browsing around the stalls, in between the Travolution conference.

My favourite stalls are from Indonesia, China, UAE and Bali – I bumped (literally) into the Mexican Corona girls, and Middle Eastern belly dancers, and that just during my lunchtime break.

I walked around speaking to representatives from 360travelguide.com, the Guangdong Tourist Board , Car Trawler, TouristWay.com and Visit Florida. All of the representatives looked at me blank when I mentioned I was a travel blogger, so I had to explain what a blog was - which surprised me.

The Exhibition is split up into Continents, and has sections for London, and Travel Technology (which I loved because I’m a nerd!) – I felt eyes burning into my chest, maybe its because I had a press pass, and at first exhibitors were a little hesitant in divulging information to me – you would think that it would be the opposite.

Anyway, it’s getting late, and this travel blogger needs to get some sleep – early start in the morning, day two of the excellent Travolution conference, more stall browsing, and hopefully more bumping into the lovely Mexican Corona girls.
