You may have already heard of Wikipedia – for those that haven’t, it is the online equivalent of an encyclopaedia, and can be maintained by anyone who has a Wiki account. Wikipedia can be extremely useful when looking for information on tourism and holdiay resorts.

Travellers Love Wikis (Well I do)

If you prefer to book your flight direct with the airline, and then book accommodation direct with a hotel then the Low Cost Airline Wikipedia, offers a complete list of airlines around the World – I know I’m a nerd, but I get excited by sites like this.

The Travel agency Wikipedia goes into some detail on the ‘Internet Threat’ – Trip Advisor and Lonely Planet have one too. So, drop everything, and search, let me know what you find that’s useful for travellers, and become a Wikipedia addict like me.

Ed – did I tell you I found the Kos Wiki useful :D
