I’m not happy with this either; I don’t fly regularly, but I do travel by train a lot and usually experience some kind of mobile phone agony. There is nothing more annoying than being sat next to or nearby to somebody who never seems to get off the phone or insists on enabling the loudest ringtone possible. If it really gets bad I can move seats or even carriages, but where would I go on a plane?

I agree Carol. I couldn’t think of anything worse. If long haul flights introduce this then it could turn your flight into a holiday nightmare!

That is all we need some “yob” calling to say “I’m on a plane”!!! This was one of the few places where you could escape the damn mobile phone.
