Not only have the agents fees been cut by airlines, we booked a trip to Morocco recently on the internet, directly with the travel company. Within the quote was an "online discount" of €60 each. When I queried this I was told it was the same amount they would have paid to a Travel agent in commission!! So a result for the customer. You could very well be right Darren.
